At times, I seem to over expect some things from some people, without realizing the fact that they are not tailored for that kind of deliverables. Is it the same case from the other end as well ??
I am not able to understand what exactly I am supposed to focus on. In today's world, we need to have plans, strategies, blah, blah..... But that sounds so formal, so structured and so restricted.
We are loosing our capability to think and depend more on what's been written. Even for 10 + 2 + 8, we take the calculator and work out the answer. Because we believe that calculator is more intelligent than the brains which created them.
We do not seem to be going as per our instinct and as per what we think right.
There are lot of dependencies on the route maps, google earth, and what not. Earlier, this was never the case.
Is it because we are using technology as crutches instead of walking sticks? The technology seems to be limiting our capacity to think and is challenging our memory. C'mon, I do not remember the telephone numbers of my friends. Because, I store them in my phone and I just need to search by names. I think it's little too much. People argue that technology has made life more easier. I am not sure whether to agree this arguement. With all the examples above, is technology making our life more easier or is it making our brains, just another Vestigial organ?
